This study explores the performance of Ki Manteb Soedarsono’s Dewaruci and Bima characters in it. As a carangan play (contemporary), is most popular play. The purpose this to describe elements puppet how concept kasampurnan Javanese cultural psychology was initiated by Suryomentaram (1892-1962). qualitative research with psychological approach using method reading, taking notes, studying literature. data form performances texts were collected from scripts videos on Kanal Seni Gelar YouTube channel. We combine script puppeteer other sources, addition, conduct critical analysis identify life that does Suryomentaram’s perspective. result shows show has advantage being flexible able adapt context needs audience. as representation culture can be explained perspective indigenous psychology. finding contradicts previous analyses literature art. Previous used theory Sigmund Freud, C. G. Jung, Alfred Adler. However, we argue cannot always explain because differences between objects. Therefore, relevant spirit science decolonization see humans according their culture.
